We support clients with Cost Management services throughout a development’s lifecycle. From pre concept feasibility, Detailed cost planning, procurement, Regular cost reporting throughout a project are handled by onsite teams supported by head office, each led by an experienced Director to ensure consistency of personnel and service levels. ZAIDI has its Head Office in Dubai UAE and is responsible for covering activities mainly in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman whilst we have one branch office in India Delhi. The Company has a dedicated team of experts with diverse backgrounds within the fields of Quantity Surveying and Engineering services at all levels. Qualifications include Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Chartered Civil Engineers at Mid, Senior and Director management levels.
