Quantity Surveyor

Job Description 
• Pre- & post-contract QS services
•Familiar and expertise in FIDIC.
• Prepare measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off for tenders.
• Certification of Contractor’s interim payments/Final Accounts.
•Checking and finalizing variations claimed by the contractors
•.Review and record measurements of completed work
•Collaborate with Cost Manager, project managers and site engineers
•Prepare enquiry and comparison and involve in the procurement.
•Ability to recognize contractual obligations of all stake Holders.
•Oversee and keep track of project progress.
•Preparation of monthly Cost Reports.
•Attend weekly meeting held at Site with client and main contractor. 


Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering/QS from a recognized institution
• Minimum 10+ years of similar work experience including 5 Years in the UAE
•MRICS status is Preferred.
